Kingsport Community Association

Kingsport Community Association was organized on November 4, 1977, its objective being to work towards the betterment of the community and to promote any aspect pertaining to its welfare.  KCA is a  Charitable organization, the money raised  is dedicated to the following:

Operation and maintenance of:

  • The Lloyd Memorial Center for community use
  • The water front park and wharf for community use
  • The picnic/ball park for community use
  •  Programs that enhance community life
  • Bursaries that advance the Education of youth in the community
  • Programs that provide assistance in time of disaster or extreme difficulty
  • Programs that honor and preserve the heritage of Kingsport

The KCA operates a business, Tide’s In Canteen.  Funds earned are used to support the cost of its charitable activities.
