Kingsport Fitness & Wellness Society

Message from the Kingsport Fitness & Wellness Society

Staying strong, maintaining our muscles and moving around is going to help us live longer and make our lives better. Last year, we organised a variety of programs for our members and the local community including: yoga, circuit training, tai chi, Latin/Caribbean dance and Aqua fit. This year, we’ll do more of the same, in good company and a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere.

We always welcome new participants please check our Kingsport Fitness and Wellness Facebook page or blog: http://kingsportfitnessandwellness.blogspot.ca  for up-to-date news and cancellations.

Fall Fitness Schedule

New this Season – Let’s Move, Lets’s Dance

There is a new exercise program on Thursday evening beginning at 7:30 at the community hall.  Let’s Move, Let’s Dance!  The cost for the use of the hall is covered by the KFWS so there is no charge other than a Loonie for the food bank. Come and enjoy line dancing, or some rock and roll or square dancing – whatever interesting dance moves Richard Foot can find on You tube.   It is lots of fun, a good workout and you don’t need to bring a partner.
