Message from the Kingsport Fitness & Wellness Society

Staying strong, maintaining our muscles and moving around is going to help us live longer and make our lives better. Last year, we organised a variety of programs for our members and the local community including: yoga, circuit training, tai chi, Latin/Caribbean dance and Aqua fit. This year, we’ll do more of the same, in good company and a supportive, non-competitive atmosphere.

Winter Class Schedule 2017 –

Lloyd Memorial Center        $30/8 Classes or $5 Drop-in Fee

Mon & Fri – 9-10 AM  Cardio and Strength Training

Wednesday  –  9-10 AM Circuit Training

Tue & Thur – 5-6:30 PM Co-ed Circuit Training

Monday – 10:15 – 11:15am
