Renting the The Lloyd Memorial Centre
To book your rental of the Lloyd Memorial Centre, please follow the steps below:
STEP 1:

STEP 2:
Open the PDF Form Document on your computer. Please carefully read all of Page 1 to understand the policies, rules and rental rates. Go on to Page 2 for the rental form.
STEP 3:
(a) If you see the blue form fields on page two of the form, your computer is properly set up for a fillable PDF form. Click into the top field "Name of Renter" and type in your information. Complete all fields in the same way and proceed to step 3.
(b) If you do not see the form fields - your computer is not set up for fillable forms and you will have to email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to make alternate arrangements.
STEP 4:
(a) Once you have the form filled in, click on FILE - SAVE in your PDF program and save the filled in PDF to your computer.

STEP 5:
