Halloween
Dear Ghost and Goblins of Kingsport and Medford,
Friday night is supposed to rain cats and dogs and frogs and snakes. The KCA Board would like to suggest that we postpone door knocking until Saturday evening so we have time to rake up the cats and dogs and to keep your parents from catching colds from being out in the rain on Friday.
We hope to have a slightly drier evening on Saturday and look forward to a great Halloween for all of you Trick or Treaters. We acknowledge that there may be children on both evenings now but this will certainly be better for the smaller children.
